PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />2401 H <br />Regular Meeting <br />March 10, 1980 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />. 10, Mounds View MN 55112 <br />The Mounds View City Council was called <br />to order at 7:35 P.M. on March 10, 1980 <br />by Mayor McCarty. <br />Members Present: Councilmernber Forslund <br />Rowley, Ziebarth, Hodges, and Mayor <br />McCarty. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Also Present: City Attorney Dick Meyers, <br />Public Works Superintendent Larry Decheine, <br />Building & Zoning Official Steve Rose, and <br />Clerk- Administrator Jeff Nelson. <br />Mayor called for any additions or correc- 3. <br />tions tO the minutes of February 25, <br />1980. Upon hearing no corrections being <br />suggested Hodges moved the adoption as <br />submitted of the February 25, 1980 Council <br />Meeting Minutes. It was seconded by <br />Ziebarth. <br />4 ayes <br />The motion carried. 0 nays <br />1 abstained <br />CForslund abstained because she had not been <br />at the meeting, due to illness) <br />Mr. Fossen requested that the City <br />Council consider a no parking at any <br />time along Woodlawn Drive. He related <br />to the City Council an incident which <br />occured to him as a result of parking <br />on the street during the snow conditions. <br />He also read a letter from the Landlord <br />in which he abides a Harlan Severt. The <br />Council received the information from <br />Mr. Fossen and would take the matter <br />under advisement. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />4. COUNCIL REPORTS - FORSLUND <br />was National Girl Scout Week and reques- <br />ted that be put on the City's Reader <br />Board. Secondly, she noted that Iron - <br />dale was in the Hockey Tournament and <br />that there would be some sort of program <br />on Sunday, March 16th and requested that <br />the City be prepared to respond in some <br />manner to the team's effort and perform- <br />ance in that tournament. <br />
