McCarty moved that the <br />Revenue Sharing Account be audited <br />pursuant to the regulation by the <br />George M. Hansen Company for maximum <br />of $500. Forslund seconded the motion. <br />4 ayes <br />The motion carried. 0 nays <br />Nelson indicated that the Chief of 13. WOODLAWN DRIVE PARKING <br />Police had reviewed this matter, as PROBLEM <br />well as the Public Works Superintendent, <br />to provide some additional parking to <br />prevent on- street parking and potential <br />accidents. <br />Question was raised by the Mayor <br />whether or not we had sufficient <br />in -house materials to accomplish this <br />task and if not, how much would it cost. <br />Nelson stated that he did not have this <br />information readily available and would <br />report back to the City Council. <br />Nelson noted that the City Council <br />adopted Resolution 1093 approving the <br />Cable Service Territory, which included <br />City of Mounds View and a number of <br />other communities. The City had received <br />correspondence from the Minnesota Cable <br />Communications Board that stated that we <br />had ninety (90) days to make comments to <br />the Metropolitan Council and Communica- <br />tions Board, either favorably or <br />negatively. The 90th day would be on <br />or about May 9, 1980. <br />14. MCCB INFORMATION <br />Nelson indicated that there was still 15. UNION CONTRACT <br />several outstanding points to be <br />resolved in the Union negotiation on <br />local issues. Of critical concern is <br />the issue of heavy equipment list. <br />Nelson felt that the Union would want <br />to include the City's jet- rodder in <br />that list. <br />
