MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL <br />Special Meeting <br />Page 4 March 31, 1980 <br />Rowley moved the hiring of Ruth <br />Tellinghuisen at the rate of $50.00 <br />per meeting and that the affective <br />starting date would be as soon as <br />possible. Forslund seconded the <br />motion. <br />The motion carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Nelson announced that there would <br />be a meeting on Thursday, April 3rd <br />at 2:00 P.M. at City Hall for the <br />purpose of discussion with the <br />Halverson Developers concerning the <br />requirements for condominium proposal. <br />Nelson asked the Council whether or <br />not they wanted the City Attorney and <br />Planning Consultant at that meeting. <br />The Council responded that they did. <br />10. HALVERSON PROPOSAL MEETING <br />Nelson noted to the City Council that 11. NORTHSTAR INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />they had received, in their packets, (WATSON PROPERTY) <br />the Joint Powers Agreement Proposal <br />with the City of Blaine and the <br />Limited Use Permit with the State of <br />Minnesota, concerning a tract of land <br />owned by the State of Minnesota south <br />of the Watson property. He asked the <br />City Council if they had any major <br />problems concerning these documents <br />and also noted to them some of the <br />modifications that were made from <br />the original submissions. <br />Council noted that there were some <br />minor changes that needed to be made <br />which were duly noted by the Adminis- <br />trator and granted permission for the <br />Staff to submit these to the other <br />affected agencies. <br />Nelson asked the City Council for 12. M & E REALTY SILVER VIEW <br />their reactions to the memo written PARK <br />by the Building & Zoning Official and <br />a concept approval granted to M & E <br />Realty of March 24th. The Council <br />expressed a need for clarification on <br />point No. 2 of the Building & Zoning <br />Official's memo of March 28th. They <br />
