CALL TO ORDER <br />at 7:35 P.M. on April 14, 1980, by Mayor McCarty. <br />Members Present: McCarty, Forslund, Rowley, 2. ROLL CALL <br />Hodges and Ziebarth <br />Also Present: City Attorney Meyers and <br />Clerk- Administrator Nelson. <br />Corrections: 3. APPROVAL OF MARCH 31, 1980 <br />MINUTES <br />1. Rowley - (Beginning with 2nd sentence <br />under #3 agenda item) "He had previously <br />prepared a memo regarding this matter, which <br />the Council had held over until this meeting date. <br />Following council directive regarding financial <br />department vacancy, Brager explained that he <br />felt the position should be upgraded to City <br />Accountant to assist him . . ." <br />2. McCarty - (Add to last sentence on <br />page two, agenda item #5) ". . . and report` back <br />to the Council the results of the evaluation." <br />3. McCarty - (Rewrite last sentence in <br />agenda item #15) "Mayor had requested information <br />regarding notification to TRA concerning the <br />City's position with respect to non- participation <br />in the Task Force. Nelson informed the Mayor that <br />the letter had been sent to TRA." <br />Rowley moved to adopt the March 31, 1980 minutes <br />as amended above. Forslund seconded the motion. <br />The motion carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Rowley made a motion, seconded by Hodges to <br />delay the approval of the March 24th minutes <br />until the next Council meeting. <br />The motion carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />4.
