MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL <br />Page Seven <br />Regular Meeting <br />July 28,1980 <br />Ziebarth: <br />- He noted that the accident at the Festivities <br />Day was slight -minor injury to a teenage boy. <br />McCarty <br />-The City newsletter will come out this week. <br />McCarty made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth to appoint <br />Joe Christy to the Lakeside Park Commission for a term <br />of three years. <br />Ayes -4 THE MOTION WAS CARRIED. <br />Nays -0 <br />- The Ardan Avenue ditch will be cleaned out a week <br />from today. <br />(MOTION CARRIES) <br />- The city attorney will be out of town until Aug. llth. 15. REPORT OF THE ACTING <br />- The City Council is holding final interviews for the CLERK ADMINISTRATOR ANDERSON <br />clerk administrator position. <br />Official Rose noted he has received word that the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District has rescinded their <br />original approval of the Dynamic Developer's proposal. <br />Rose will report back to the Council further developments. <br />16.
