PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL DATE APPROVED: 8-25-80 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting <br />August 11, 1980 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View City Hall <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to <br />order at 7:36 P.M. on August 11, 1980 by <br />Mayor McCarty. <br />Members Present: Forslund, Hodges, Ziebarth, <br />and Mayor McCarty. <br />Members Absent: Rowley <br />Also Present: Acting Clerk-Administrator Anderson, <br />City Attorney Meyers, and Building & Zoning <br />Official Rose. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Corrections: 3. APPROVAL OF JULY 28, <br />1980 REGULAR MEETING <br />Hodges: (Page 2, #7., second paragraph) MINUTES <br />The motion should read "seconded by Ziebarth", <br />not "Hodges". <br />McCarty: (Page 4, #10, second line of the <br />motion) After Resolution #1131, include "(a <br />resolution approving the subdivision of lands to <br />be known as Bayport Acres)". <br />(Page 4, 10, second line of the <br />second motion) After Resolution #1132, include <br />"(a resolution which approves Development Agree- <br />ment No. 80-36)". <br />(Page 7, 4th paragraph). Should read <br />"The Ardan Avenue ditch" not "bridge". <br />MOTION: <br />Forslund made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, to <br />adopt the minutes of July 28, 1980 as corrected. <br />Ayes-3 <br />Nays-0 <br />Abstentions-1 (Hodges-He was not present at the last <br />meeting and he wished to abstain from voting.) <br />Hodges made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, to <br />adopt the minutes of August 4, 1980 as presented. <br />MOTION CARRIES. <br />(MOTION CARRIES) <br />4.
