The Planning Commission's Comprehensive <br />Plan Update will be held on September 10, <br />1980, at 7:30 P.M. Public notices will <br />be in the next two City bulletins. <br />4. Staff is suggesting numbering the pro- <br />cedures involved in adopting a resolution <br />so that it will be easier for Council (and <br />Staff) to follow. <br />Attorney Meyers: 14. REPORT OF THE <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />1. Meyers has negotiated a claim to the City <br />for $469.51 by Custom Electronics. It had <br />gone to court, and Attorney Meyers settled <br />the claim with them for $300.00. This amount <br />has been recorded in the court records. <br />MOTION: <br />McCarty made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, <br />to approve and ratify Attorney Meyers' in <br />reference to the bill for $469.51 claim <br />being settled for $300.00 for Custom Electronics. <br />The bill can be paid upon receipt at the City <br />offices. <br />Ayes-4 Nays-0 MOTION CARRIES <br />Administrator Anderson: <br />1. The meeting of September 1st will be <br />changed to September 2nd because of <br />the Labor Day Holiday. <br />15. REPORT OF THE <br />ACTING CLERK- <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br />MOTION: <br />Rowley made a motion, seconded by Forslund, <br />to change the City Council's scheduled <br />agenda session from September 1st to <br />September 2nd because of a legal holiday. <br />Ayes-4 <br />Nays-0 MOTION CARRIES <br />
