APPROVAL OF 8-25-80 <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />-Page 5, #8 motion, should read in the <br />second line "...to adopt Resolution #1148, <br />the shorter version (outline of Mounds . . <br />-Page 6, #12 motion, should include the roll <br />call vote (which was taken but not documented <br />in these minutes): Forslund, Rowley, Ziebarth, <br />and Mayor McCarty all voted "aye". <br />Forslund: <br />-Page 6, #11, 1st sentence, 2nd paragraph, <br />should read "...project should be completed .." <br />-Page 6, #11, motion, should read "...to authorize <br />staff to rent two chippers for another additional <br />week, at a cost of S900.00 ($450.00/chipper)..." <br />MOTION: <br />Rowley made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, to adopt the <br />minutes of August 25, 1980, as amended. <br />Ayes-5 Nays-0 <br />MOTION CARRIES. <br />Councilmember Forslund noted that the Consent Agenda 9. CONSENT AGENDA <br />should read, in Item /4B, the City's proposed annual APPROVAL <br />1981 budget. <br />MOTION: <br />Rowley made a motion, seconded by Forslund, to approve <br />the consent agenda (with the noted correction on Item B) <br />andindispense with the reading of the resolutions. <br />Ayes-5 Nays-0 <br />Councilmember Rowley suggested to Council that a <br />special presentation by Council to Ms. Quaife be made <br />at a future Council meeting. It was also agreed that <br />each of the Councilmembers' signatures would be added to <br />the Resolution. <br />MOTION CARRIES. <br />10.
