MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL September 22,1980 <br />Regular Meeting Page Eight <br />Director Anderson: <br />He presented Council with a copy of the <br />bond issue contract for consulting <br />services in the Bond Issue Campaign for <br />park development. <br />MOTION: <br />Ziebarth made a motion, seconded by <br />Rowley, to approve the contract for <br />professional services of Saunders and <br />Thalden Associates in the amount of <br />$3,500 regarding the bond issue cam- <br />paign. (contract dated August 22,1980). <br />The amount to be paid in the event <br />that the bond issue passes. <br />Ayes-5 <br />ays-0 <br />No report. <br />Hodges: <br />No report. <br />THE MOTION CARRIED. <br />Rowley: <br />1. She noted that a deputy clerk has not <br />been appointed to sign documents should <br />Clerk-Administrator be out of the office <br />at the time. <br />12. REPORT OF <br />PARKS AND REC- <br />REATION DIRECTOR <br />13. REPORT OF <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />13. REPORT OF <br />COUNOILMEMBERS <br />MOTION: <br />Rowley made a motion, seconded by Forslund, <br />to appoint Jan Wiley as deputy clerk as <br />recommended by Clerk-Administrator Pauley. <br />Ayes-5 <br />Nay s-0 <br />THE MOTION CARRIED. <br />2. The Transportation Subcommittee will be <br />meeting September 23rd in the Metropolitan <br />Council office to discuss the Anoka County- <br />Blaine Airport. Councilmember Rowley and <br />Administrator Pauley will report back to <br />the Council on the results of that meeting. <br />
