MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL October 14, 1980 <br />Regular Meeting Page Six <br />MOTION: <br />McCarty made a motion, seconded by Forslund, to <br />approve Resolution 1180, Development Agreement <br />80 -40, Dynamic Designers for lots 3 & 4, Block 2, <br />Parkview Terrace with the addition to the exhibit <br />of the development agreement of the drainage plan <br />by C.H. Hedlund, registration # 5942, as revised <br />on 8 -10 -80 <br />Ayes -5 <br />Nays -0 <br />MOTION CARRIED. <br />Official Rose reviewed past Planning Commission 13. MICHAEL WHITE <br />action on this request, including a public hearing SUBDIVISION -MINOR (2 into 3) <br />held on September 3, 1980® The citizens main concern CASE 61 -80 <br />was continuing some type of right of way to the back <br />of their lots. There currently is an existing 5' utility <br />easement (as shown on the survey). <br />Mr. White, who was present at the meeting, noted that <br />he was willing to give as much of an easement as he <br />could while still conforming to city codes. He noted <br />that the citizens seemed more in favor of an alley than <br />a road. <br />MOTION: <br />Rowley made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, to <br />approve the subdivision of the two lots to combine <br />and form a third parcel as presented on the site <br />plan surveyed June 11, 1980, and further, that a <br />5' drainage and utility easement be included along <br />each of the following: <br />North 5' Parcel A <br />South 5' Parcel A <br />North 5' Parcel B <br />North 5' Parcel C <br />East 5' Parcel A <br />The light pole can remain or be removed at the <br />expense of Mr. White. Mr. White, the applicant, <br />has also agreed to place the dwelling to the <br />southern most lot line of the property_on Parcel A, <br />meeting minimum setback requirements. A special <br />assessment fee against Parcel A in the amount of <br />$1,133.91 and the fence will be relocated into Parcel A's <br />boundary. <br />Ayes -5 <br />Nays -0 <br />MOTION CARRIED. <br />
