MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL October 27, 1980 <br />Regular Meeting Page Seven <br />required a bond. <br />MOTION: McCarty made a motion, seconded by <br />Hodges to adopt Resolution 1184 with the stip- <br />ulation that before staff issues a final certi- <br />ficate of occupancy, the developer provide the <br />City easement to the holding pond and a $400 <br />bond to be held for the life of the 7 year <br />maintenance and performance security contract. <br />Ayes -5 <br />Nays -0 <br />MOTION CARRIES. <br />MOTION: Hodges made a motion, seconded by <br />Ziebarth to adopt Resolution 1185 (authorization <br />for final release of cash escrow for Development <br />AGreement 80 -34) less the expenses that the <br />City has incurred through the process of develop- <br />ment. <br />Ayes -5 <br />Nays -0 <br />MOTION CARRIES. <br />The Council recessed at 9:20 P.M. <br />The Council resumed their meeting at 9:47 P0M, <br />Attorney Meyers noted the Land Use Control series <br />being offered by the University of Minnesota <br />Agriculture Extension Office. (Forslund also noted <br />at this time that the Planning Commission should <br />regularly receive notices of these types of offerings). <br />Forslund: <br />12. REPORT OF THE ATTORNEY <br />13. Administrator Pauley <br />will follow through on this® <br />Rowley: <br />The Association of Metropolitan Municipalities will be <br />meeting to vote on the issue of the 1981 legislative oolicies_ <br />as proposed. <br />Ziebarth: He would like to get together with the Planning <br />Commission to determine policies on issuances of variances <br />so that some clear guidelines and consistency could be <br />established° This item will be addressed at the next agenda <br />session of the Council. <br />
