He also discussed the impor- <br />tance of presenting the information to the public in <br />a clear, informative manner so they will be able to <br />interpret the information accurately. <br />Pauley: 14. REPORT OF THE CLERK - <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br />1. Noted resignation of Donna Bowman from the Lakeside <br />Park Commission, effective 1 -1 -81. (Councilmember <br />Rowley also noted at this time that other people whose <br />terms are nearly up should notify Council if they wish <br />to be re- appointed or if they are resigning. She asked <br />Mr. Pauley to draw up a letter regarding this to be <br />sent out to the various people involved.) <br />2. The next agenda session will include recommendations <br />from Council for possible budget changes. <br />MOTION:Rowley made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, to 15.
