SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />City of Mounds View <br />November 3, 1980 <br />Mayor McCarty called the Special <br />Meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. in <br />the Mounds View City Hall Council <br />Chambers. <br />Members Present: Councilmembers <br />Forslund, Rowley, Hodges, Ziebarth <br />and Mayor McCarty <br />Staff Present: Clerk - Administrator <br />Pauley <br />Councilmember Forslund made a motion, <br />seconded by Rowley, to adopt Resolu- <br />tion 1187 appointing election judges. <br />Ayes - 5 <br />Nays - 0 <br />MOTION CARRIES <br />A report from Public Works Superin- <br />tendent Decheine regarding the <br />relocation of the gate at Well No. <br />2 was reviewed.
