ROLL CALL <br />Acting Mayor Hodges. <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Forslund <br />and Mayor McCarty. <br />Also Present: Clerk /Administrator Pauley and <br />Building and Zoning Official Rose® <br />Acting Mayor Hodges presented Jim Benolkin a <br />plaque from the City of Mounds View recog- <br />nizing him as the 1980 American Motorcycle <br />Association Motocross National Champion. <br />(Resolution #1179)0 <br />Acting Mayor Hodges also presented a <br />plaque to Mr, Robert Anderson, who is retiring <br />from the Spring Lake Park /Blaine /Mounds View <br />Fire Department after 30 years of faithful <br />service® (Resolution #1172)® <br />MOTION: Rowley made a motion, seconded by <br />Ziebarth, to approve the October 27 regular <br />meeting minutes as submitted® <br />Ayes -3 <br />Nays -0 <br />MOTION CARRIED. <br />MOTION: Rowley made a motion, seconded by <br />Ziebarth, to approve the November 3rd special <br />meeting minutes as submitted. <br />Ayes -3 <br />Nays -0 <br />MOTION CARRIED° <br />There were no questions or comments from the <br />floor.
