He further stated that sufficient <br />permits from other governmental agencies already <br />existed to serve this function. <br />The Council also discussed the observations <br />documented by Mr. Pauley, Clerk- Administrator <br />for Mounds View, in his letter to the Council <br />dated 11- 19 -80. <br />AMENDMENT TO THE MAIN MOTION: Rowley made a <br />motion, seconded by Ziebarth, to support the <br />comments and observations expressed by Mr. Pauley <br />(Clerk- Administrator) in his November 19, 1980 <br />memo to the Council regarding the rules and <br />regulations of the Rice Creek Watershed District's <br />proposed amendments. <br />Ayes -4 <br />Nays -0 <br />MOTION CARRIED. <br />MOTION: McCarty made a motion, seconded by <br />Ziebarth, that the Council extends concurrence <br />and pledges their support for the statements made <br />by Robert Orth, Chairman, Board of Ramsey County <br />Commissioners, in his report dated November 12, <br />1980, regarding the proposed amendments to the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District's rules and regulations. <br />Ayes -4 <br />Nays -0 <br />MOTION CARRIED. <br />Clerk-AdministratorPauleY will prepare a resolu- <br />tion for the Council to review at their December 8, <br />1980, regular meeting and this will be presented to <br />Rice Creek Watershed District at their December 10, <br />1980 public hearing on this issue. <br />Mr. Dan Boxrud, City Engineer, reviewed his report <br />to the Mayor and Council (dated 11- 19 -80) regarding <br />the three projects selected for study for the MSA <br />street projects for the 1981 construction season: <br />1. The main access road to the Kraus Anderson <br />area (Silverview Drive) <br />2. Long Lake Road, 84th Lane and Xylite Street <br />in the Miller Industrial Park <br />3.
