MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL January 12, 1981 <br />Regular Meeting Page Three <br />permit, to include conditions of the following: <br />1. A conditional use permit subject to annual <br />review or if circumstances arose requiring review <br />and modifications of the agreement. Areas of <br />specific review would be traffic pattern, parking <br />facilities, and screening requirements. <br />2. Include any requirements for immediate change. <br />Mr. Gregory Johnson was present and had no comments. <br />Mr. Jim Vleck, 2879 Groveland Road, stated that <br />he hoped the property would continue to be neatly <br />maintained. He also noted there were more cars on <br />the property than was permitted by the law and, also, <br />that more screening would be preferred on the property. <br />Mr. Gregory Johnson noted the former manager of his <br />place had not attended to this, but that he would now <br />be removing the extra vehicles. He also noted that he <br />would take care of the fence situation. <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED: 8:14 P.M. <br />THE REGULAR MEETING RE- OPENED: 8:14 P.M. <br />MOTION: McCarty made a motion, seconded by Hodges, <br />to direct staff to draw up a revised conditional use <br />permit for the property located at 2848 Highway 10 <br />including, but not limited to, annual review, modi- <br />fications to the agreement, reassessment of the parking <br />facilities, parking needs, screening requirements, etc. <br />Ayes -5 <br />Nays -0 THE MOTION CARRIED. <br />6. APPROVAL OF 12 -22 -80 <br />REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />Corrections: <br />McCarty: <br />1. (Page 1, 1st paragraph, #3): Omit The <br />Lakeside Park is being deeded to Ramsey <br />County." <br />2. (Page 2, last paragraph,lst sentence): <br />Should read "Mayor McCarty noted that the <br />equilization of salaries for city staff, <br />effective 10- 10 -80, resulted in a 12.5% <br />increase instead of the previously discussed <br />10.4% due to an error in calculation." <br />3. (Page 4, 1st paragraph, #10): Should <br />read " . . .year regarding the administrative <br />code." <br />4. (Page 4, #13): A copy of Councilmember <br />ZiPharth's resolution should be attached to <br />the minutes. <br />
