REPORT OF THE <br />BUILDING & ZONING <br />1. He distributed copies of Res. 01 -81 OFFICIAL <br />from the Planning Commission establishing their <br />1981 meeting and timeline submission dates. <br />2. He notified the Council that water ser- <br />vice has been installed at 7619 Knollwood and <br />the resident is now hooked up to the city water <br />system. <br />3. He relayed the Planning Commission's <br />request to have a joint meeting with the Council <br />on February 2, 1981, 7:00 P.M., to discuss the <br />wetland direction and the low density /comp. plan <br />issues. <br />4. The Planning Commission is meeting on <br />January 28, 1981, with the planning consultants <br />to finalize the housing plan. (at 7:30 P.M.). <br />Attorney Meyers: No report. 14. REPORT OF THE CITY <br />ATTORNEY <br />Forslund: <br />1. She asked Administrator Pauley to provide <br />Council with a copy of qualifications for all Depart - <br />ment Heads set by the Stanton survey. Administrator <br />Pauley informed her that the qualifications submitted <br />by them were identical to those already in the code. <br />2. She asked Council if the revised Chapter 32 <br />from the Planning Commission (received by the Council <br />tonight - dated 12/23/80) could be discussed before <br />its scheduled date of November, 1981. Council agreed <br />to discuss it at the combined meeting set for next <br />Monday, February 2, 1981. <br />15. REPORT OF THE COUNCIL - <br />MEMBERS <br />MOTION: Forslund made a motion, seconded by Blanchard, <br />to formally receive the Planning Commission's recommenda- <br />tions for the revision of Chapter 32 entitled "The <br />Planning Commission" dated 12- 23 -80. <br />Ayes -5 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />
