MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL March 9, 1981 <br />Special and Regular Meeting Page Six <br />to I -1, on Lot 1, Block 1 for the area other <br />than wetlands and further that the identified <br />wetlands area be subject to the provisions in <br />Ordinance No. 301. <br />The vote was taken by calling of the roll. <br />Ayes -5 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />Clerk- Administrator Pauley asked to have <br />Item E removed for discussion. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Forslund made a motion, <br />seconded by Doty to approve the Consent Agenda <br />(eliminating Item E) and to waive the reading <br />of the Resolutions. <br />Ayes -5 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />Clerk- Administrator Pauley asked that Item E <br />be tabled until the March 23, 1981, City <br />Council Meeting in order that Councilmembers <br />who had voiced concern over this issue could <br />have the opportunity to discuss it with him <br />and other members of the Council. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Doty made a motion, <br />seconded by Forslund to table Item E until <br />the March 23, 1981, City Council Meeting. <br />Ayes -5 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />Official Rose stated that he had no report. <br />Finance Director Brager stated that he was get- <br />ting proposals from three different agents <br />regarding liability and property insurance <br />for the City. He said that he could obtain <br />the proposals by the end of March so that <br />Council could review them in April and a <br />decision could be made by May 1, 1981. He <br />further asked if proposals or bids should <br />be pursued. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Hodges made a motion, <br />seconded by Blanchard, to seek proposals <br />instead of formal bids to be received by <br />March 30, 1981. <br />Ayes -5 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />10.
