MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL March 23, 1981 <br />Regular Meeting Page Two. <br />Judy Rowley, 2562 Ridge Lane, said that <br />after her statement on page two, resid- <br />ents requests and comments from the <br />floor, after City add: , in addition <br />to present homeowners. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Hodges made a <br />motion, seconded by Doty to approve the <br />March 9, 1981, Special and Regular Meeting <br />Minutes as corrected. <br />Ayes -4 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Doty made a motion, <br />seconded by Hodges to accept the Minutes <br />of the March 12, 1981, Special Meeting as <br />received. <br />Ayes -4 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Doty made a motion, <br />seconded by Hodges to accept the Minutes <br />of the March 16, 1981, Special Meeting as <br />received. <br />Ayes -4 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />Mayor McCarty stated that he had been con- <br />tacted by a resident asking why bids had been <br />accepted by the City Council for the two <br />police cars at the Special Meeting of March 16, <br />1981. Mayor McCarty stated that by accepting <br />the bids at that meeting, the City would be <br />able to save approximately $1,800 on the two <br />vehicles. <br />REGULAR MEETING CLOSED: 7:40 p.m. <br />PUBLIC HEARING OPENED: 7:40 p.m. <br />Official Rose stated that he had contacted <br />Mr. Spagenski and that he had indicated that <br />someone would be in attendance for this hear- <br />ing, but that no one had yet arrived. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Doty made a motion, <br />seconded by Blanchard to delay the public hear- <br />ing until the representative for this proposal <br />arrived. <br />Ayes -4 <br />Nays -0 <br />MOTION CARRIED. <br />4.
