PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />DATE APPROVED: 4/27/81 <br />Regular Meeting <br />April 13, 1981 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to <br />order at 7:32 p.m., on April 13, 1981, by <br />Mayor McCarty, <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, <br />Doty, Forslund, Hodges, and Mayor McCarty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley, and Parks, Recreation <br />and Forestry Director Anderson. <br />Corrections: <br />Blanchard: Page 12, 1st paragraph, last <br />line, should be Spring Lake instead of <br />Silver Lake. <br />McCarty: Page 8, paragraph 8, should read: <br />Mr. Baumgartner stated that he would <br />strongly object to opening up residential <br />property for trucks. <br />1.
