The Foundry
foundry pours the molds.
Summary of Discussion:
- Code does not list a pattern shop or a foundry as
an allowable use in the I -1 District.
- Resolution No. 09 -81 from the Planning Commission
denying the rezoning from I -1 to I -2.
- Appealing of the Code because pattern shops are
not allowed in the I -1 or I -2 District.
- Resolution No. 13 -81 from the Planning Commission
approving a pattern shop only under a Conditional
Use Permit.
- That a foundry would require a rezoning request.
Mr. Carley stated that he would like to eventually
have a Foundry and a Pattern Shop.
