Kelley was <br />not in attendance. <br />MOTION: Mayor McCarty made a motion, seconded by <br />Councilmember Forslund to table this requst until <br />the person who is asking for the Variance is <br />present. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />MOTION CARRIED. <br />12. Development Review - <br />Chemclean Truck Wash - <br />Greg S. Kelley - 2151 - <br />Mustang Drive - Office/ <br />Warehouse Building - <br />Case No. 80 -81 <br />Resolution No. 1294 <br />Discussion took place regarding Item B, relating 13. Consent Agenda. <br />Fencing of Water Tower No. 1 and Public Works <br />Garage. <br />Jerry Linke, discussed the need for sufficient <br />parking especially now during t -ball and softball <br />games. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley discussed the proposed <br />storage area. <br />Mr. Linke stated that being the park is involved he <br />would like to see this issue brought before the <br />Planning Commission and Park Commission. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Forslund made a motion, <br />seconded by Councilmember Doty to table Item B of <br />the Consent Agenda. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays MOTION CARRIED. <br />Discussion took place on Item C of the Consent Agenda. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley stated that he wishes to <br />try to sell some of these items. <br />Discussion took place on Item E, placement of "No <br />Parking" signs. Clerk /Administrator Pauley stated <br />that this was being requested to open up visual sites. <br />Off- street parking was discussed. <br />Discussion on Item I - Councilmember Forslund stated <br />that the Planning Commission has requested that all <br />of the residents in the mobile home park be notified <br />of the public hearing for the Conditional Use Permit <br />request for a Motor Freight Terminal at 4841 - <br />Mustang Circle. Discussion in length took place <br />
