Reports of <br />een considerable discussion of the physical Councilmembers <br />disparities act at the League of Cities . <br />conference and that there would be a re- <br />hearing in the Supreme Court on the issue. He also reported <br />that the Council would be meeting with the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District on June 24. <br />Mayor McCarty asked that it be noted that <br />the Council would be meeting at that time. <br />Councilmember Blanchard reported that she <br />would have a report to give the Council <br />at the June 25 meeting, concerning the <br />League of Cities conference. <br />Councilmember Forslund reported that she <br />had attended the Wetlands Conference and <br />felt it was very valuable. <br />Councilmember Hodges had no report. <br />Mayor McCarty reported that copying costs <br />were accelerating and requested that a <br />fee be set. <br />`otion /Second: McCarty /Doty to have Staff <br />narge five cents per sheet for copying <br />public records at City Hall for individuals. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Forslund to direct <br />the Clerk /Administrator to give the Council <br />a detailed and comprehensive report regarding <br />detachment or anexation proceedings. <br />5 ayes <br />Motion Carried <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that the <br />quality of work on the Quincy Street sewer <br />repair has been very good and that it should <br />be finished in another week. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that a <br />committee will review the applications for the <br />I & I study and submit a recommendation of <br />three applicants for Council consideration. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that the <br />7inance Director will have a report ready soon <br />1 what the Legislature did during the last <br />,ession. <br />14.
