Mouncs View City Council July 13, 1981 <br />Regular Meeting Page Eight <br />ouncilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />Councilmember Hodges requested that an appro- <br />priate resolution be drawn up for the retire- <br />ment after 25 years of service of one of the <br />firemen. Clerk /Administrator Pauley replied <br />that he would draw one up. <br />Councilmember Hodges requested that a copy <br />of the resolution regarding the Youth Services <br />Bureau be sent to the County commissioners. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley replied that he <br />would send one. <br />Mayor McCarty requested that Clerk- Administra- <br />tor Pauley arrange a meeting with Spring Lake <br />Park, to set a course of action regarding the <br />airport, to include the City Attorney. <br />Mayor McCarty asked that Mr. Eisberg be invited <br />to appear before the Council and discuss what <br />the City is getting in return for investments <br />of R -1 and R -2, versus commercial. Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley stated he would invite <br />'dm to the first agenda session in August. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that he <br />would be presenting the Council with many <br />budget items in the near future, He added <br />he would let them know when the draft is <br />available. He also informed them of some <br />pending budget problems. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Blanchard to direct <br />the Clerk/Administrator to inform all Department <br />Heads that budget requests be routed through. <br />the Clerk /Administrator. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Hodges /Blanchard to adjourn <br />the meeting at 10:57 PM. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />16.
