DATE APPROVED: 8/10/81 <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />July 27, 1981 <br />Regular Meeting <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Highway 10 <br />Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to <br />order by Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on July 27, <br />1981. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, <br />Forslund and Hodges, and Mayor McCarty. It <br />was noted that Councilmember Doty was absent. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk - Administrator Pauley, <br />Building and Zoning Official Rose and City <br />Attorney Meyers. <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Hodges to approve <br />e minutes of the July 13, 1981 meeting as <br />3sented. <br />3 ayes 0 nays 1 abstention <br />Councilmember Forslund stated she was abstain- <br />ing from the vote as she had not been present <br />at the July 13 meeting. <br />Tim Grabe, 7635 Greenfield Avenue and 7639 <br />Woodlawn Terrace, stated he had been billed <br />a late charge on his utility bill and did not <br />feel it was justified. He presented docu- <br />mentation to Attorney Meyers. Mayor McCarty <br />asked that Attorney Meyers look into it. <br />Frank Blasiak, 5479 Adams, and Dennis Kowalik, <br />5464 Adams asked if anything could be done to <br />slow down the traffic in their area, such as <br />speed bumps or signs, etc., due to a walkway <br />in their neighborhood. Mayor McCarty replied <br />that Staff would be in touch with them and <br />would come out and view the area and discuss <br />the possibilities. <br />.yor McCarty asked that 'Item B be removed <br />for discussion. <br />1.
