Call to Order <br />by Acting Mayor Hodges at 7:30 PM on August 10, <br />1981. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Doty, Forslund, 2. Roll Call <br />Blanchard and Acting Mayor Hodges. It was noted <br />that Mayor McCarty was on vacation. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk /Administrator Pauley, City <br />Attorney Meyers and Building and Zoning <br />Official Rose. <br />Motion /Second: Forslund /Blanchard to approve <br />he minutes of the July 27, 1981 special <br />sleeting as corrected. <br />3 ayes 0 nays 1 abstain <br />Councilmember Doty stated he was abstaining <br />from voting on either set of minutes from July <br />27 as he had not been at those meetings. <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Forslund to approve <br />as corrected the minutes of the July 27, 1981 <br />regular meeting. <br />3 ayes 0 nays <br />3.
