CALL TO ORDER <br />order at 6:11 p.m. on August 17, 1981, by <br />Mayor McCarty. <br />Members present: Hodges, Forslund, Doty, 2. ROLL CALL <br />Blanchard, and Mayor McCarty. <br />Others present: Clerk - Administrator Pauley <br />and Finance Director Brager. <br />Clerk - Administrator Pauley explained process 3. CANVASSING <br />followed in counting paper ballots and ELECTION RESULTS <br />canvassing election results.
