Report of Building <br />and Zoning Official <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />Official Rose reported that filling was being <br />done at the Skyline Motel, and that the owner <br />was not aware of where it was coming from, and <br />he is requesting a fill permit just to level <br />;.t off. <br />.official Rose reported that he has prepared a <br />letter to go to the occupant of 7940 Greenfield <br />Avenue, regarding his violation of having a <br />home occupation sign outside his home. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Forslund to concur with <br />the Staff letter of September 15, 1981 and <br />support in reference to the home occupation <br />violation at 7940 Greenfield Avenue. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />Official Rose requested that Chapter 39 be <br />reviewed for a more clarifying statement regard- <br />ing signs. <br />Dan Boxrud asked that the check for Barbarossa <br />& Sons, from Item G of the Consent Agenda, be <br />held until the MWCC completes its review of <br />the charges. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Forslund to hold the <br />check to Barbarossa and Sons until such time <br />the MWCC is satisfied with the charges for <br />tectrical hook -ups. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />
