Seven <br />`axes at the gas pumps so the City should use <br />weir allotment, versus the position that the <br />right -of -ways were not necessary and the City <br />should do its part in trying to cut back on <br />taxes and spending. <br />Councilmember Doty questioned Mr. Boxrud about <br />the denial to designate Lake Court Drive an MSA <br />street. Mr. Boxrud replied that he felt it met <br />the criteria but the State does not feel it <br />meets the length requirement.
