RESOLUTION 7807 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH THE <br /> FESTIVAL IN THE PARK OF MOUNDS VIEW FOR THE <br /> 2011 FESTIVAL IN THE PARK <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View desires to co-sponsor an annual community <br /> event entitled "Mounds View Festival in the Park" to be held on August 20, 2011; and <br /> WHEREAS,the 2011 Festival Agreement, attached as Exhibit A, has been reviewed <br /> by the City Council and have been reviewed and approved for execution by the Festival in <br /> the Park of Mounds View Committee, the non-profit organization in charge of the Festival; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the City is currently budgeted to contribute$4,500 to the Festival in the <br /> Park of Mounds View Committee to pay for City personnel and equipment expenses. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve the attached Festival Agreement as set forth in Exhibit A and authorizes its <br /> execution by the Mayor and City Administrator. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of July, 2011. <br /> J e FIah , <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
