RESOLUTION 7818 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AUTHORIZING BONESTROO TO PERFORM TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYING FOR <br /> THE DESIGN PHASE OF THE 2010 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT —AREA E <br /> WHEREAS, on October 22, 2007 the City Council adopted Resolution 7176 <br /> establishing the Street and Utility Improvement Program (Program), which includes nine <br /> Street and Utility Improvement Project areas identified as Areas A through I totaling <br /> 25.9 miles of streets; and <br /> WHEREAS, Areas A through D have been constructed or are under construction <br /> and total 11.4 miles of the Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, Area E of the Program is the next project Area to be constructed <br /> and is programmed for a 2012 construction season; and <br /> WHEREAS, in cooperation with City staff, Bonestroo has provided a fee proposal <br /> for topographic surveying for Area E on an hourly basis plus reimbursable expenses not <br /> to exceed $29,000. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. Bonestroo is authorized to perform the topographic survey work for Area E of the <br /> Street and Utility Improvement Program. Compensation will be on an hourly basis <br /> with reimbursable expenses with a maximum fee amount of$29,000. <br /> 2.
