RESOLUTION NO. 7843 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SUBDIVISION OF 7337 SPRING LAKE <br /> ROAD, REQUESTED BY GARY VOLTIN AND BONITA HAGEL, PERSONAL <br /> REPRESENTATIVES OF THE EDMUND VOLTIN ESTATE; <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. M12011-001 <br /> WHEREAS, Gary Voltin and Bonita Hagel, personal representatives for the estate <br /> of the decedent, property owner Edmund Voltin, have requested approval of a minor <br /> subdivision of 7337 Spring Lake Road, a property zoned R-1, Single Family Residential, <br /> and legally-described as: <br /> Lot 90, Spring Lake Park Knolls, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> except the north 100.00 feet thereof <br /> PIN 07-30-23-23-0036. <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicants propose to subdivide 7337 Spring Lake Road into two <br /> lots; the north lot will include the existing house, and the south lot will be vacant; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Applicant's request for a minor <br /> subdivision and has determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1104, 1201, and <br /> 1202 of the Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Applicants' request for a minor <br /> subdivision is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1204.04, Subd. 4 of the Municipal Code, a <br /> park dedication fee will be required, based on the 2011 Ramsey County assessed market <br /> land value. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Applicant shall have 6 months from <br /> final approval to file proper documentation with Ramsey County, including new deeds and <br /> easement documents, and furnish proof of such recording to the City. If such action is not <br /> accomplished by the date so indicated, this minor subdivision approval shall be considered <br /> null and void. <br />
