RESOLUTION NO. 11-EDA-267 <br /> MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (EDC) <br /> WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission (EDC) consist of members <br /> appointed by the Economic Development Authority (EDA); and <br /> WHEREAS, there are two (2) vacant seats on the EDC effective January 1, 2012; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Dr. Gregory Belting (business seat) and Mr. James Paron (resident <br /> seat) have term seats, which expire on December 31, 2011; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff received two (2) commission applications. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the EDA does hereby appoint the <br /> following below to the EDC: <br /> Name Term Expiration <br /> Dr. Gregory Belting December 31, 2014 <br /> James Paron December 31, 2014 <br /> Adopted this 14th day of November, 2011 by the <br /> Mounds View Economic Development Authority <br /> e lahert , ent <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, Executive Director <br /> (seal) <br />
