ORDINANCE NO. 866 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 900 BY DELETING CHAPTER 901 OF THE CITY <br /> CODE PERTAINING TO THE SNOW AND ICE CONTROL POLICY <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 900 by <br /> deleting Chapter 901 in its entirety and adding in its place the following: <br /> CHAPTER 901 <br /> RESERVED <br /> SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City staff shall have the <br /> following summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance: <br /> On November 28, 2011, the Mounds View City Council adopted Ordinance 866, an <br /> ordinance that deletes Chapter 901 of the Mounds View City Code pertaining to the Snow <br /> and Ice Control Policy. This policy was originally adopted via Ordinance 451 on December <br /> 27, 1988. A Snow Plowing and Ice Control Policy was adopted by Resolution 7855 on <br /> November 14, 2011 and replaces the old policy. The deleted chapter will be reserved for <br /> future use. <br /> The ordinance is on file and available for public viewing at the office of the City <br /> Administrator. The ordinance is posted in its entirety on the City's website, located at <br /> www.ci.mounds-view.mn.us. <br /> SECTION 3.
