RESOLUTION NO. 7869 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RELEASE OF <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 03-126B BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW AND MOUNDSVIEW JAKE'S, INCORPORATED <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approved Resolution 5825 on August 26, 2002, <br /> approving a Development Review for Jake's Sport's Cafe to expand their operations at <br /> 2400 County Highway 10; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution 5825 stipulates that Rob Jacob and Tony Jacob (owners <br /> and operators of the Jake's Sport's Cafe, the "Developer") enter into a Development <br /> Agreement with the City to ensure the orderly development of the Property; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 5851 on September 23, 2002, <br /> approving a Development Agreement with Moundsview Jake's, Incorporated; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Development Agreement was signed by the City and the Developer <br /> on December 30, 2002 and recorded with the County of Ramsey Recorder on January 20, <br /> 2004 as document No. 3720617; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the parking lot construction and requirements of Development <br /> Agreement No. 03-126B have been completed to the City's satisfaction; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the property is being sold and the buyer has requested that the City <br /> approve the official release of Development Agreement No. 03-12613. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br /> the release of Development Agreement No. 03-1268 between the City of Mounds View and <br /> Moundsview Jake's, Incorporated. <br /> Adopted this 12th day of December, 2011 <br /> e Fla y, <br /> ATTEST: <br /> -1 aA-Y�-� <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br />
