RESOLUTION NO. 7893 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES FOR GROUPED MAIBOXES FOR <br /> THE 2012 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT—AREA E <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council will be approving plans/specs at a <br /> future City Council Meeting for the 2012 Street and Utility Improvement Project—Area E <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, grouped mailboxes are installed as part of a street improvement <br /> project, and supplied and fabricated by Public Works staff, and; <br /> WHEREAS, Staff has received 2 quotes for lumber to construct the mailbox <br /> posts, and; <br /> WHEREAS, Scherer Brothers Lumber Company quoted an amount of <br /> $14,368.19, and; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve the purchase of mailboxes and the lumber to construct the necessary <br /> mailbox posts from Scherer Brothers Lumber Company for$14,368.19 to be funded <br /> from account number 410-4650-7050 with a maximum budget amount for all supplies <br /> not to exceed $15,804.38 <br /> Adopted this 13th day of February, 2012 <br /> , <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � G�vvLe�q �-�-�h-�o'(�V <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br />
