Obtain access and grading permits from MnDOT and Ramsey County if required <br />and provide proof of such permit or permission to the City. <br />b. Obtain a Rice Creek Watershed District permit. <br />c. Remove the two incidental directional signs from the County Road HZ right of <br />way. <br />d.
