The produce stand would be open seven days a week from 10:00 <br />am to 7:00 pm. and would be selling produce home-grown from its farm in Waverly. The stand <br />is a five-sided gazebo-like structure with a canvas roof , and is 14 feet wide at its widest point and <br />9 feet high at the peak. The stand requires no utility hook-ups. The produce stand was granted a <br />CUP the last two years at this same location. Staff is not aware of any problems associated with <br />this operation. <br />Analysis: <br />
