!� � , . , -_ _ _ . ,� � .� � _ _ = _ __. _ . � _ : _ <br />= --- �-- - - - --- <br />Planning Commission Resolution 540-98 <br />April 15, 1998 <br />Page 3 <br />Sheds and out-buildings are typical uses in residential areas, and allow for the storage of yard and <br />garden equipment . Having tlus shed will allow for the property owner to store items currently left <br />outside within a secure and protected sixucture. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the conditional use permit with the following stipulations: <br />The conditional use permit shall be recorded with Ramsey County within 60 days <br />of City Council approval, and a receipt of such recording shall be provided to the <br />City of Mounds View. <br />2. The shed shall be maintained into the future so as to provide a uniform and <br />consistent building appearance with the existing house. <br />The shed shall not be used for living space or other uses not allowed by the district <br />in which it is located or by the Zoning Code. Should the use change for which the <br />permit was granted, the conditional use permit shall become null and void. <br />4. No other sheds or accessory buildings, other than the proposed garage, shall be <br />allowed on this lot. <br />There shall be no vehicle access to this shed, nor shall any vehicle be stored within <br />said structure. <br />6.
