.i : <br />; _ _ _ _ ______ _ <br />�� �� � � ___ _ ___ - _ _ <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMNIISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 539-98 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS V�W <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMNIENDING APPROVAL OF A 1VIINOR SUBDIVISION <br />FOR CHARLES AND SffiItLE SCHULTZ, 7581 SPRING LAKE ROAD; <br />MOUNDS V�W PLANNING CASE NO. 518-98 <br />Wi-�REAS, Charles and Shirle Schultz have requested approval for a minor subdivision <br />dividing their property located at 7581 Spring Lake Road, property zoned R-1, Single Family <br />Residential, legally described as follows: <br />Lot 41, Spring Lake Park gnolls, Ramsey County <br />WHEREAS, the two lots created by this minor subdivision, Lot A(the southern half with <br />the existing home) and Lot B(the northern hal� would be legally described as follows: <br />Lot A: The South 80. 00 Feet of Lot 41, Spring Lake Park Knolls, Ramsey <br />County <br />Lot B: That Part of Lot 41, Spring Lake Park Snolls, Ramsey County, Lying <br />North of the South 80. 00 Feet Thereof. <br />WI�REAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision and has determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1201, 1202, 1104 and <br />1204 of the Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Certificate and Plat of Survey for the above <br />described property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recomnnends approval of the minor subdivision request made by Charles and Shirle Schultz, 7581 <br />Spring Lake Road, contingent upon the following: <br />The applicant shall make payment of a park dedica�tion fee in an amount specified <br />by the City Council according to the requirements in Section 1204.02. <br />2. The applicant shall record the City Council resolution of approval, the Certificate <br />of Survey and the drainage and utility easement document with Ramsey County <br />within sixty (60) days of final adoption, and present proof of such recording to the <br />City of Mounds View, or this approval shall be null and void. <br />
