This case has been discussed at <br />five previous Planning Commission meetings, the last of which a motion was made to approve a <br />resolution denying the development. The vote was not taken, however, because the resolution for <br />denial was not worded in accordance to the desires of the Planning Commission. <br />The date by which final action on this proposal would need to be taken is May 29, 1998. <br />Attached to this report aze Resolutions 536-98 and 538-98, resolutions recommending denial of <br />the comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning ordinance, respectively. <br />� <br />I <br />f, <br />
