��,� �i � � _ <br />; - - - __ = --_ _�;; . . < - --� �:-- ..�.__ __ -=---- --- -_____ , - - <br />, � �- .. --- -_ -_- <br />;F � <br />RESOLUTION N0. 4800 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VTEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT REVIEW AND WETLAND ALTER.ATION <br />PERMIT FOR MIDWEST IoVo, PI,ANNING CASE N0. 419-95 <br />WHEREAS, Midwest T,`V. has requested City approval to <br />construct a 29,168 square foot Office/Manufacturing facility at <br />8400 Coral Sea Street; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />requires that a development review be conducted for all <br />commercial and industrial developments within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1010 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />requires the issuance of a Wetland Alteration Permit for work <br />conducted in the Wetland Buffer Zone; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following <br />documents regarding this development proposalo <br />1. Planning Application dated June 1, 1995 <br />2. Site/Landscape/Drainage Plan dated July 21, 1995 <br />and revised August 7, 1995 <br />= WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br />__ proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements of <br />Chapter 1116, Industrial Zone District, of the Mounds View <br />Municipal Code; and <br />� WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District and the City <br />of Mounds View Consulting Engineer have reviewed the proposed <br />drainage plan for the project and recommend approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the Development Review and Wetland <br />Alteration Permit request for Midwest I.V. contingent upon the <br />following: <br />1) The applicant shall provide landscaping as directed by <br />the City Forester in his letter dated July 14, 1995. <br />2) The applicant shall enter into a Development Agreement <br />with the City of Mounds View. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 28th day of Auqust, 1995. <br />
