Draft #1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING, THE B -3 HIGHWAY <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT AND THE CONDITIONAL USES THEREOF, AND <br />AMENDING TITLE 1114, SECTION 1114.04, BY INCLUDING A NEW <br />SUBDIVISION 11 IN THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Title 1114.04 of the Mounds View Municipal code shall be amended by inserting <br />the underlined and italicized language, to read as follows: <br />1114.04: CONDITIONAL USES: The following are conditional uses in a <br />B -3 District (requiring a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth <br />in and regulated by Section 1125.01 of this Title): <br />Subd. 11. Public or semi- ublic recreational buildin s and nei hborhood or communi <br />centers, public and private educational institutions limited to elementary, junior <br />high and senior high schools and religious institutions, such as churches, chapels, <br />temples and synagogues; provided, that: <br />a. Front yard depths shall be a minimum o thir ve eet 35' . <br />b. Side ards shall be no less than thin eet 30' . <br />c. Minimum lot area shall be no less than one (1) acre, or as provided in Section <br />1104.02, subdivision 2b(3). <br />d. Ade irate screenin om abuttin residential uses and landsca in is rovided <br />inin dance with _Section 1103 08 of this Title. <br />e.
