The Codtional Use Permit shall be recorded with Ramsey County within 60 days <br />of Citouncil approval, and a receipt of such recording shall be provided to the <br />4�€tf Mounds view. <br />The shed shall be kept in good repair and maintained into the future so as to <br />provide a uniform and consistent building appearance with the existing house. <br />The shed shall not be used for living space or other uses not allowed by the district <br />in which it is located or by the Zoning Code. Should the use change for which the <br />permit was granted, the conditional use permit shall become null and void. <br />
