Office <br />Definition: <br />Land use predominantly involved in acbm'nistrative, professional, or clerical services. <br />Samples: <br />Office land uses would typically include any of the following that meet the previously defined criteria: <br />▪ Office Building, 1 -2 Stories <br />• Office Building, 3 or More Stories Walkup <br />• Office Building, 3 or More Stories Elevator <br />• Veterinary Clinic <br />• Medical Clinics and Offices <br />E. Mixed Use <br />Definition: <br />Land containing a building with significant amounts of residential uses in combination with <br />commercial and/or office uses.' <br />
