Planning Commission Resolution No. 563 -98 <br />Blacktop Paving of Minnesota, representing the property owner of 2236 Hillview Road- -Ted <br />Jarvis - -is requesting a variance from the Code requirement that specifies that driveways shall <br />maintain at least a one -foot setback from a property line. This summer, Blacktop Paving of <br />Minnesota installed a twelve foot expansion to Mr. Jarvis' driveway, without having obtained a <br />building permit. Had the permit been applied for prior to the installation, the contractor or <br />homeowner would have been told that driveways need to be located at least one foot from the <br />property line. <br />
