CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mounds View Planning Commission will hold a public <br />hearing on Wednesday, December 2, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. at Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, <br />Mounds View, Minnesota, 55112, to consider a driveway variance requested by Blacktop Paving of <br />Minnesota for the property located at 2236 Hillview Road. The property is legally known as: <br />Lot 8, Block 6, Pinewood Terrace No. 3 <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />The variance request is to allow a driveway installation up to the edge of the property line. <br />Anyone desiring to be heard with reference to this matter may be heard at this meeting. If you are <br />unable to attend the meeting but wish to comment, you may submit a letter to James Ericson, 2401 <br />Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112. The letter will be forwarded to the Planning Commission. <br />Copies of the plans are available for review at City Hall.
