You were informed that the driveway was installed too close <br />to the property line and would, therefore, require a variance _ On August 26, 1998, you were <br />faxed a planning application to complete for your variance request. To date, we have not <br />received a response from you_ <br />Please be informed that this property is in violation of the City's Zoning Code and that this <br />matter must be addressed Please contact Jim Ericson, Planning Associate, at 717 -4022 to <br />discuss this matter further.
