ce of Public Hearin <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council on <br />Monday, December 14, 1998, at 7 :10 p.m. at Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, <br />Mounds View, Minnesota, 55112, to consider a major subdivision request by AP Mounds <br />View Limited Partnership to subdivide the 24.9 -acre parcel located north of County Road <br />H2, east of Long Lake Road, and southwest of Highway 10, into seven tots, in accordance <br />with their approved Planned Unit Development. The property is legally known as: <br />All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 30, Range <br />23, lying southwesterly of State Trunk Highway 10-62, according to the United States Goivemment <br />Survey thereof and situate in Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br />and <br />All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23, <br />lying southwesterly of State Trunk Highway 10 -62, according to the United States Goivemment <br />Survey thereof and situate in Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br />Anyone desiring to be heard with reference to this matter may be heard at this <br />meeting.
