The Planning Commission conducted its initiat diseussion session on this issue on <br />August 21 and directed staff to prepare a list of questions which need to be answered before an <br />ordinance can be drafted. <br />Recomr�endltio� <br />It is sta$'s recommendation that Planning Commission review the list of questions in this report <br />and indicate for each question Iisied whether I} there is a consensus on how the issue should be <br />handled or 2) more in%e�nation is desired prior to reaching a consensus. <br />�ack r� ot�nd/fln�lvsas <br />The Piannin� Cammission has received considerabie background infoemation on this issue prior to <br />tl�is meeting, as well as receiving information from industry representatives and the Cable <br />Comrnission.
